CLEMSON, S.C. β The Tigers (4-1) look ahead to their next match back at Duckworth Tennis Facility against the Charlotte 49ers at 2 p.m. This will be the second time in program history that the two will match up against each other.
The match-up will take place on Saturday, February 2, following the Menβs Soccer National Championship Parade.
The Tigers are coming off a great run at the ITA Kickoff Weekend in Raleigh, N.C., defeating Iowa 4-3, and ultimately dropping the championship match to NC State 4-0. Charlotte(3-3) is coming off of a win against Oregon in their consultation match during their ITA Kickoff Weekend tournament.
“Charlotte is a very competitive and well-coached squad,” head coach Boomer Saia said. “We must bring our best level at all seven spots to give ourselves a chance to win. Our group is excited for the opportunity on Saturday!β
The event is free for all those attending. This weekend, the Womenβs Tennis team will welcome Clemson Life to the facility.Β

Against No. 7 NC State, Cristina Mayorova, Alina Tsyurpalevych, and Sophia Hatton went toe-to-toe with top-ranked competitors.Β
