CLEMSON, S.C. – Clemson Director of Track and Field Mark Elliott has agreed to an extension that runs through 2025, Director of Athletics Graham Neff announced. Elliott was the 2023 ACC Men’s Outdoor Track and Field Coach of the Year after leading Clemson to its first men’s outdoor conference title since 2004.
The Tigers claimed the title on the meet’s final event, the 4×400 relay.
On the men’s side in 2022-23, Clemson registered 28 top-ten performances combined indoor and outdoor, including nine school records. On the women’s side, the team saw 27 top-ten performances and three school records this season.
Elliott is entering his 11th season at Clemson, where he leads both men’s and women’s programs. He led the women’s program to the 2015 ACC Indoor and Outdoor Championship.
