Clemson, SC – Kelvin Morris, a linebacker from Southwest Mississippi Community College, has signed a letter of intent with the Clemson football program. Morris, named conference Defensive Player of the Year this season, has played at the school the last two years and will be a junior at Clemson in 2002.
He is the second member of the Southwest Mississippi Community College program to sign with Clemson during the December period. Yesterday, linebacker Brandon Jamison signed with Tommy Bowden’s program.
Morris, 6-3 and 230 pounds, played his high school ball at Timmonsville High School in Timmonsville, SC.
