Hourigan Named Basketball Strength Coach

CLEMSON, SC–Brandon Hourigan has been named Basketball Strength and Conditioning Coach at Clemson University. Hourigan will work with both the men’s and women’s programs. He succeeds Todd Wright, who moved with Rick Barnes to the University of Texas last month.

Hourigan has been a graduate assistant in the Clemson strength and conditioning program for the past three years. He has been involved with the Clemson football, men’s and women’s basketball, and men’s and women’s swimming programs. He will received his master’s degree in education and counseling from Clemson in August.

The native of Millis, MA is a 1995 graduate of Plymouth State College in New Hampshire. He was a member of the Plymouth State football team for four years.
