• Clemson takes a 6-3 record into the first midweek matchup of the season at Charlotte.
• The Tigers will face the Niners in Charlotte, N.C. on Wednesday at 4 p.m.

• Last season, Clemson climbed as high as No. 10 (the highest ranking in program history) on the ESPN/USA Softball poll and finished ranked No. 17.
