Foreman, Kitt Earn ACC Weekly Awards

CLEMSON, S.C. – Following their success at Penn Relays this past weekend, both Shantae Foreman and Aniyah Kitt were named ACC Performers of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Tuesday.

Shantae Foreman – ACC Women’s Field Athlete of the Week

At Penn Relays, Foreman shined as she finished first overall in the women’s triple jump championship to be named the champion in the event. Foreman jumped 12.73m to secure first place and earn the top spot on the podium. The junior currently leads the ACC in the triple jump and has the second best mark in the nation in the event.

Aniyah Kitt – ACC Women’s Freshman of the Week

This past weekend, Kitt helped the Tigers to the top of the podium in the women’s sprint medley relay (SMR) as she alongside McKenzie Calloway, Shanque Williams and Gladys Chepngetich, secured first place in the SMR with a time of 3:42.50. This is the second year in-a-row that Clemson has won the SMR at Penn Relays.

This marks both Foreman’s and Kitt’s first ACC weekly award in the 2025 outdoor season.

Up next, the Tigers will head to Durham, N.C. to compete at Duke Twilight on Sunday, May 4. For all the most up-to-date information regarding Clemson track and field, visit ClemsonTigers.com and follow @ClemsonTrackXC on Twitter and Instagram.
