CARY, N.C. – The eighth-seeded Clemson Tigers (21-6, 8-5) are set to take on the one seed Wake Forest in the quarterfinals of the ACC Championships after taking down North Carolina 4-2 in Thursday’s second round.
Clemson faced off against the Demon Deacons earlier this season as they lost 4-1 at home. The Tigers will look to secure the win over Wake Forest to advance to the next round and serve them their first loss of the season.
The winner of the match will advance to the semifinals and face the winner of the California vs Virginia match up.
