Coday, Steffes Earns All-District Honors

CLEMSON, S.C. – Two Clemson volleyball players were named to the AVCA Division I All-District III Team, junior outside hitter Alison Coday and freshman right side hitter Jodi Steffes. Coday has been named to the all-district team two consecutive seasons. She led Clemson with 475 kills this season, averaging 4.13 kills per game to rank third in the ACC. She hit .268 for the season, ranking tenth in the league. Coday was named to the all-ACC team and the ACC all-Tournament team.

Freshman Jodi Steffes was selected to the ACC all-rookie team and was chosen ACC Rookie-of-the-Year. She hit .214 for the season, with 272 kills and recorded 29 service aces. Against ACC competition, Steffes hit .240, with 164 kills. She recorded 205 of her 356 digs against ACC teams.

Clemson (22-11, 10-6 ACC) earned its fourth trip in six years to the NCAA Tournament, defeating Fairfield in the first round before losing to #2 Penn State in the second round of the tournament.
