CLEMSON EVENTS IN SYRACUSE

FridayWho: NYC/Tri-State Clemson Club Friday night eventWhere: Blue Tusk (165 Walton Street, Syracuse, NY 13202) .  Same location as two years ago.When: It will begin at 8pm. What: Gathering of Clemson Alumni and Fans who have traveled to Syracuse for the game.  Appetizers and a Cash Bar. 

Saturday Tailgate Information Time: 11:30am Where: Stadium Lot The NYC & Tri-State Area Clemson Club will be hosting a tailgate prior to the game. The Stadium Lot opens to fans at 11:30am. Parking spots are first come first serve in this lot and the club will post our exact location in the Facebook Event once we’re parked, so please check there after 11:30.   Hot-dogs, sausages, burgers & chips will be provided. Any additional tailgate goodies are welcome, of course! Please just let us know what you’re bringing in your RSVP. This event is BYOB. If you are attending, please RSVP with the number of guests in your group by Noon Friday (11/13) through email (info@nycclemsonclub.com) or on the poll in the Facebook Event below.

TIGER TIDBITS

• Clemson is in search of its school-record fifth straight 10-win season Saturday. The Tigers won 10 games in 2011 and 2014, and 11 games in 2012 and 2013.
• Clemson is ranked No. 1 in the College Football Playoff poll for a second straight week. The Tigers also moved atop the latest AP poll on Sunday for the first time since Jan. 2, 1982.
• The Tigers are coming off a thrilling 23-13 win over Florida State that clinched the ACC Atlantic Division title. Clemson will play in the ACC Championship Game in Charlotte, N.C., on Saturday, December 5.
• Mitch Hyatt and B.J. Goodson earned ACC honors for their performances against the Seminoles Hyatt graded 93 percent and was the Offensive Lineman of the Week, while Goodson recorded 3.5 tackles for loss, including two sacks, and was Linebacker of the Week.
