Clemson’s Steven Rhyne and Landy Mattison sign with the Atlanta Silverbacks

CLEMSON, SC–Former Clemson men’s soccer players Steven Rhyne and Landy Mattison have both signed professionally with the Atlanta Silverbacks of the A-League.

In Rhyne’s senior season at Clemson, he had 11 goals and five assists for 27 points. He started all 18 matches and was named All-ACC.

In 2004, Mattison started all 18 matches as a defender. He scored one goal and had one assist for three points.

The Silverbacks open their season vs. the Richmond Kickers on Saturday, April 16, in Richmond, VA.
