“With this class, we address our needs of size, speed, and experience,” said Clemson Head Men’s Soccer Coach Trevor Adair. “Dane Richards was the junior college National Player-of-the-Year, and he has tremendous speed and can score goals. Cole is a technical attacking, flank player that can play on either side. He will be a fun player to watch.

“Alan O’Hara will add experience in the back with his size and ability in the air. Alan is also a tremendous leader.

“Rogers is a versatile defender that reads the game well. Newton, at 6-4, brings needed size to the defense. Davis is also a force on set plays.

“Moore is a speedy and tough flank player that will add some necessary grit to the team.

“We also have added Michael Usry, a transfer from Winthrop. He will see playing time in the midfield.

“I expect many of the signees to contribute to the program immediately.”
