In 1997: First-team All-ACC All-purpose player, second-team all-conference as wide receiver…first player in Clemson history to make first or second-team All-ACC at two positions in same year…ranked in the top 40 in the nation in five different statistical areas, only ACC player to do that, only player in Clemson history to do that…14th in the nation in receptions/game, 29th in reception yardage/game, 15th in all-purpose running, 8th in kickoff returns and 39th in punt returns…led the ACC in all-purpose running and kickoff return average…had the single greatest pass receiving and all-purpose yardage season in Clemson history…broke Jerry Butler’s single season reception record with 70 total catches, 12 more than Butler had in 1978…fell nine yards short of breaking Perry Tutle’s single season receiving record…Horne had 907 yards in 12 games…tied ACC record and set Clemson record for 100-yard receiving games this year with six…tied Charley Waters record for consecutive 100-yard receiving games with three, the first three of the season…had season high 152 receiving yards against Wake Forest…tied Clemson record for touchdown receptions when he caught TD pass at South Carolina, he has equaled totals by Tuttle in 1981 and Terrance Roulhac in 1984…had 17 receptions of at least 20 yards this season…had 1782 yards and 148.5 average in all-purpose running this season, records in both categories…fourth in Clemson history in receptions and fourth in reception yardage…also ranks in top 10 in all-purpose running and his 795kickoff return yards rank sixth best in Clemson history…broke teammate Raymond Priester’s record for all-purpose running and Ray Mathews record on a per game basis by over 30 yards per game…ACC specialist of the week for his all-around performance against Florida State when he had 267 all-purpose yards…that performance included 131 yards in receiving and 109 in kickoff returns…first player in Clemson history to accumulate at least 100 yards receiving and 100 yards in kickoff returns in the same game…the 267 all-purpose yards were second highest total in Clemson history, second only to Terrance Flagler’s 274 against Wake Forest in 1986…also became first player in Clemson history to record at least 100 yards receiving and 100 yards in punt returns in the same game when he had 8-119 receiving and 7-106 in punt returns against UTEP…also tied 44-year-old record with three touchdown receptions in that game..first player in Clemson history to have a punt return for a TD and a receiving touchdown in the same game when he pulled off the double against South Carolina…his 39-yard punt return for a score was Clemson’s first punt return for a TD since 1991….had three games of at least 200 all-purpose running yards, first Clemson player in history to do that three times in one season…had two games of 10 receptions, just one short of Clemson single game mark…had 10-110 against Appalachian State and 10 for 131 against Florida state…had 9 catches against Virginia and eight apiece against NC State and UTEP…first player in Clemson history to have five games of at least eight catches in the same season…played in two of the three bowls games Clemson attended in his four years at school…

In 1996: Despite missing seven games, he was third on the team in all-purpose yards with 559…second on the team in all-purpose yards per game with a 111.8 average…finished third on the team with 20 total catches, he had 16 receptions for 292 yards in his final three games…led the team in kickoff return yardage with 212 yards on eight returns for a 26.5 yard average…In

1995: Second leading receiver on the Clemson team…started all 12 games as a sophomore…deep threat in ’95, something that was established in the second game of the season when he had a 56-yard touchdown reception against Florida State.
