In 1997: Starting tight end who has played in every game the last four years (47) and has played over 1200 plays from scrimmage, not to mention his contributions on special teams…played in the East/West Game in San Francisco and improved his stock with the NFL scouts during that time…winner of Joe Francis Leadership Award as outstanding leader of the 1997 Clemson team…had 17 catches for 159 yards, most catches by a Clemson tight end since 1986 when Jim Riggs caught 17…Riggs played four years in NFL…most feel Hall has chance to join him and other Tiger tight ends in the NFL in recent years (James Coley and Keith Jennings with Chicago Bears)…outstanding special teams player who recovered a fumbled punt against Florida State, the second time in his career he recovered a fumble on special teams…had 13 special teams tackles his first year, among the high totals on the Clemson team…had four catches for 44 yards against Wake Forest, most catches by a Clemson tight end in the 1990s…showed his all-around ability when he played fullback for most of the game against Duke…had at least one catch in each of the last five games, he had 2-35 against South Carolina…a team leader, he has been vocal in the locker room at times, especially at halftime of the Maryland game and that contest turned the Clemson season around…outstanding blocker who led the Clemson team in knockdown blocks with 66…

In 1996: Played in all 12 games and started in nine…made eight catches for 101 yards …second-team All-ACC, first Tiger tight end to make and all-star team in 12 years…sixth in receiving yardage and receptions…the only Clemson tight end with a catch in 1996…

In 1995: Started only two games, the Tigers played three wide receivers for a majority of the plays…had nine knockdown blocks as he played in all 12 games…

In 1994: Saw the most action on special teams in 1994 where he compiled 13 tackles, first on the Clemson team…appeared in all 11 games on special teams and at the tight end position…red-shirted the 1993 season, so he made three trips to the Peach Bowl…outstanding basketball player in high school, he is Clover High School’s all-time leading scorer…..born 11-16-74.
