CLEMSON, S.C. – Clemson Gymnast Brie Clark (Daphne, Ala.) was named the ACC Specialist of the Week after her performance at No. 9 Stanford, the league office announced on Tuesday. Clark ranks third in the nation on floor after posting a 9.950 to raise her season average to 9.925 in four performances.
Among those she topped on Sunday was Ana Barbosu, the 2024 Olympic Bronze medalist on floor. Clark also added a 9.925 against the nation’s No. 6 beam lineup as the Tigers posted a 196.300, its fourth-highest ever in a true road meet. Her beam score was tied for third-best in program history, and her floor score matched a school record.
The honor is the first for Clark in 2026, adding to her three previous nods in 2024 and 2025. Junior Quinn Kuhl earned the honor during the first week of the season after her performance against Towson in the season opener.
Clark and the Tigers host No. 12 North Carolina on Friday at 7 p.m. in Littlejohn Coliseum. Tickets are available at ClemsonTigers.com.
