Robbie Robinson made his professional debut for Inter Miami CF this past Saturday night in the side’s match against the Tampa Bay Rowdies. Robinson, who was the first overall selection in the 2020 MLS SuperDraft, used a bit of brilliance to slot home the first goal of his professional career in the 23rd minute of the match to give Inter Miami the lead. As the match played out, Robinson’s goal served as the deciding score, as Inter Miami won by a final score of 1-0.

Kyle Murphy, who played last season as a member of Loudoun Valley FC, made the move to the Tampa Bay Rowdies during the off season and hasn’t missed a beat on the attacking front. Murphy scored off of a blistering strike in the side’s first preseason match but was held quiet in the side’s match against Inter Miami CF on Saturday.

Andrew Tarbell has had a whirlwind of a past few days, as the goalkeeper was traded from the San Jose Earthquakes to the Columbus Crew on Feb. 19. Tarbell would go on to make his debut with the Crew in the squad’s preseason match against the New York Red Bulls that same evening. Tarbell wasted no time in making an impact on his new club, as the keeper made a spectacular series of saves to keep the game scoreless just moments after coming on as a substitute in the 46th minute of the match.
Acquired in the afternoon, makin' double-saves in the evening…Not bad, @AGTarbell. #Crew96 pic.twitter.com/6QtQnhnK0o— Columbus Crew SC (@ColumbusCrewSC) February 20, 2020
