With the game tied at 57 and regulation coming to an end, Josh Smith cleaned up a rebound and scored on the put back with 0.5 seconds left to give Clemson a 59-57 win over Wake Forest on Saturday. Smith had six points in the game to compliment a career-high eight rebounds in 17 minutes on the court. The win improved Clemson’s record to 11-8 (3-4 ACC). The Tigers next play on Wednesday, Jan. 28 at North Carolina State. The match-up between the Tigers and Wolfpack will tip at 9:00 p.m.
