Clemson Notes: 

  • The Clemson men’s tennis team plays two matches on the road this weekend to close out the 2019 regular season. The Tigers face Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Mass. on April 12 at 4 p.m., and 27th-ranked Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Ind. on April 14 at 11:30 a.m.
  • Clemson has faced eight ranked opponents in its last 13 matches. Of the eight ranked opponents, six were in the top-25 and three were in the top-10 nationally.
  • Simon Baudry moved in to the ITA singles rankings at No. 102, according the poll released on April 9. The native of Bordeaux, France leads the Clemson team in overall singles wins (11) and is tied for the team lead in dual singles wins (9) for the 2018-19 season.
  • Pierre-Louis Dodens also has nine dual singles wins on the season, to tie for the team lead with Baudry in that category.
  • Dodens also leads the team in overall and dual doubles wins with 13, and a 13-5 record. Dodens and freshman Jacob Jahn have an 8-4 record in dual doubles play this spring.
