Clemson students can claim free mobile tickets to men's basketball home games through Ticketmaster. Student tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

How Student Tickets Work

1. Claim Your Ticket — Noon the Day Before the Game

Beginning at 12:00 PM (noon) the day before each home game, students can claim one free mobile ticket through Ticketmaster.
  • Students will receive an email with instructions and a link to claim their ticket.
  • Each eligible student may claim one ticket, subject to availability.
  • Student tickets are mobile-only and cannot be transferred or resold.
  • Additional tickets may become available closer to tipoff.

2. Return Your Ticket If You Cannot Attend

If you claim a ticket but can no longer attend, please return it so another Clemson student has the opportunity to attend.
  • Log in to your Ticketmaster Account Manager online or through the Clemson Tigers app.
  • Select the game and return your student ticket.
  • Returned tickets will immediately become available for other students to claim.

3. Game Day Entry

Student entrances open 90 minutes before tipoff.
  • Have your mobile ticket ready to scan at the designated student entrance (West Entrance of Littlejohn Coliseum off Perimeter Road).

Additional Student Tickets — 200-Level Seating
Additional student tickets, including 200-level seating, may be released two hours before tipoff, subject to availability.
Students who opt in to text notifications will receive a message when these tickets become available.
  • Follow the link in the text message to claim an available ticket.
  • Students already at the arena can scan QR codes posted outside the student entrance to access the ticket claim page.
  • All tickets must be claimed online and presented as mobile tickets for entry.

Courtside Student Section
The courtside student sideline section will continue operating as it has in previous seasons.
  • Courtside student seating is first-come, first-served.
  • Students must have a valid student ticket to enter the arena.
  • Once inside, students may proceed to the student sideline section to receive a wristband.
  • Wristbands are distributed based on availability.

Student Ticket Policies

Two-Strike No-Show Policy
  • Students who claim a ticket are expected to attend the game or return their ticket if their plans change.
Students who claim tickets but fail to scan into two games may lose their men's basketball student ticket privileges.
  • To avoid a no-show, return your ticket before the game if you are unable to attend.
Ticket Transfer and Resale
  • Student tickets are intended exclusively for eligible Clemson students.
  • Tickets cannot be transferred or resold.
  • Student accounts are reviewed and eligibility is verified annually.
  • Attempting to transfer or resell a student ticket may result in the loss of student ticket privileges.
