Clemson Football Fan Day will not take place in 2021 ahead of the Tigers’ showdown with Georgia on Sept. 4. Clemson remained hopeful to hold the event in its usual late-August place, but this difficult decision is primarily out of an abundance of caution for the safety of the student-athletes, coaches and fans, given the typical proximity of interactions at the event.
Clemson remains focused on providing a full Football Experience on Sept. 11 against SC State in and around Memorial Stadium. Clemson officials continue to monitor the latest health and safety guidance and encourage South Carolinians to consider vaccination.
