Clemson, S.C. – Four Tigers were honored today as Women’s Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholars, it was announced by the WGCA. Clemson has had at least one honoree every year in the program’s existence (nine consecutive), with four being the most.
Callista Rice, Katherine Schuster, and Gabriella Tomanka each earned the first WGCA All-American Scholar honor of their careers, while Savannah Grewal picked up her second All-American Scholar nod.
Rice, who was the only Tiger to participate in every tournament in 2021-22, Schuster, and Tomanka were also named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll, as was Grewal, who was also named Academic All-ACC.
With one of the most stringent criteria in college athletics, the All-American Scholar Team has a minimum requirement of a 3.50 cumulative GPA.
