SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Three Clemson Tigers, Sophie Clayton, Kinsey Crawford and Talia Neilson-Gatenby wrapped up their run at the Wofford Invitational this weekend from Nov. 7-9 at Wofford University.
This marks the first time wins of the fall for Neilson-Gatenby and first time competing for the Tigers this fall. Sophie Clayton continued to shine with two singles wins on the weekend. Clayton took a 7-6 (3), 6-1 win over Gardner-Webb’s Arili Boshoff Friday. Clayton wrapped up her weekend with a 6-1, 4-6, [10]-[8](CU) over Marie Bannmeyer of Mercer on Sunday.
