- Clemson can clinch the ACC Atlantic Division title with a win Saturday. It would give the Tigers their fourth ACC Championship Game appearance under head coach Dabo Swinney.
- The Tigers are coming off their first loss of the season, 43-42 to Pittsburgh. Clemson’s 20-game home winning streak came to an end with the defeat.
- Clemson is in search of a perfect record on the road for a second straight regular season. The Tigers’ nine-game streak is third-longest in the nation, behind Alabama (11) and Oklahoma (10).
- Deshaun Watson set an ACC single-game record with 580 passing yards in the loss to Pittsburgh.
- Artavis Scott moved into ninth place in ACC history with 220 career receptions following a 13-catch performance last time out. He needs 21 to become Clemson’s career leader (Sammy Watkins, 240).
- Mike Williams was named ACC Receiver of the Week following a 15-catch, 202-yard outing against the Panthers. His catch and yardage totals were both second-best in a game in Clemson history.
