Clemson Women Rank Fourth on USTFCCCA National Rating Index

CLEMSON, S.C. – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) released its first checkpoint of the USTFCCCA Track & Field National Rating Index (TFRI) on Tuesday, where the Clemson women rank fourth overall and first in the ACC.

The Tigers are nationally ranked 62 times throughout 16 different events with 15 appearances in the top 25. The list includes:

  • Shantae Foreman (No. 1 in the triple jump, 14.17m / 46’ – 06.00”)
  • Foreman (No. 3 in the long jump, 6.50m / 21’ – 01.75”)
  • Oneka Wilson (No. 4 in the 60m hurdles, 8.04 seconds)
  • Silvia Jelelgo (No. 5 in the mile, 4:31.50)
  • McKenzie Calloway (No. 6 in the 200m, 23.23 seconds)
  • Nancy Cherop (No. 9 in the mile, 4:32.92)
  • Briana Campbell (No. 10 in the 200m, 23.33 seconds)
  • Aniyah Kitt (No. 11 in the 200m, 23.37 seconds)
  • Jelelgo (No. 11 in the 5000m, 15:16.57)
  • Kendra Dye (No. 12 in the weight throw, 21.43m / 70’ – 03.75”)
  • Jelelgo (No. 14 in the 800m, 2:05.91)
  • Kitt (No. 18 in the 60m, 7.28 seconds)
  • Campbell (No. 20 in the 60mH, 8.22 seconds)
  • Makhaila Mills (No. 25 in the 60m, 7.31 seconds)
  • Williams, Buelow, Campbell & Fingall (No. 25 in the 4x400m Relay, 3:36.91)

The USTFCCCA initially rolled out the rating index back in October with the XCRI that featured Jelelgo as the fifth nationally ranked runner.
