Softball Game to be Featured on MLB Network

CLEMSON, S.C. – Clemson Softball will open the 2026 season at the NFCA Leadoff Classic in Clearwater, Fla., with a bang after having its sixth-ever meeting against the Auburn Tigers picked up for broadcast on MLB Network. The Clemson Tigers are set to face Auburn on Saturday, Feb. 7 at 4 p.m., as one of five games broadcast on MLB Network during softball’s opening weekend. This is the second time in program history that Clemson has been featured on MLB Network over its short history, after having the game against Oregon picked up in 2024.

Clemson’s remaining four games of the weekend against SE Louisiana, Oregon, Liberty and Michigan State will be available to stream on the GameChanger app. GameChanger is a free app which you can watch on your phone, tablet and desktop. To watch the contest on MLB Network, viewers can visit www.mlbnetwork.com for their local channel listings or to subscribe to one of its Direct-To-Customer offerings. Note that viewers who are unable to access the broadcasts on MLB Network can still watch the games on the GameChanger app for free.
