CLOCKING IN ON THE RPI TOP 50

  • The first RPI of the 2025 season was released on Monday, Oct. 6, and the Clemson Tigers checked in at No. 42
  • This is the highest RPI the Tigers have come in under Head Coach Jackie Simpson Kirr, surpassing the previous best of 45 set in 2023 when the second RPI was released on Oct. 9, 2023
  • The first RPI of the 2025 season marks the highest the Tigers have clocked in at any RPI ranking since 2008 when Clemson finished the season at No. 38
  • Clemson’s highest victories this season have come against South Carolina (56) and Georgia (71)
  • This follows the Tigers opening the season 12-4, including a perfect 12-0 start
  • The 12-4 start is the best start by Clemson sine 2007 when Clemson opened the season 14-2
