As a program, attitude and energy are everything so we will be bringing that as a staff, and we need all of you to do the same!

At this clinic, we will be emphasizing basics and using safe progressions to work towards new skills and upgrades. The clinic will allow for work on all four events as well as a nutrition education session. We are excited for this unforgettable and historic weekends of gymnastics!
The clinic is open to any and all participants and is recommended for levels 8-elite. For registration, necessary documents include insurance information, a parent/guardian signature, and a medical statement.
