CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson Women’s Soccer team travels to Boston College at Newton Campus Soccer Field for a Thursday night match. The game is set to kick off at 5 p.m. and slated to stream on ESPNU. The match marks the first time the Tigers have aired on the channel this season.

The Tigers and Eagles have met 15 times, most recently in 2019 when Clemson claimed a 2-1 victory. The Eagles lead the overall series 8-6-1, but the Tigers have won the last two matches. Boston College comes into the match with a 7-9-1 overall record and a 1-8  ACC record. They are led by Ella Richards with 20 points and Linda Boama with 19 points. 

Megan Bornkamp leads the team with 25 points, as she has netted eight goals and added nine assists on the season, followed by Makenna Morris with 18 points and Hal Hershfelt with 17 points. Renee Guion has tallied 11 assists and a goal on the season and is tied for sixth in the nation for total assists.  Nine Tigers have at least six points on the season.
