CLEMSON, S.C. – Clemson women’s basketball is awaiting word on a possible NCAA bid. The selection of the 64-team field will be announced on Sunday, March 12, on ESPN at 5:15 p.m. eastern time.
Clemson has an 18-11 record overall, and a 9-7 mark in the ACC. The Lady Tigers are 9-3 at home this season.
Clemson is led in scoring by freshman sensation Chrissy Floyd as she is averaging 12.2 ppg. The Lady Tigers are led in rebounding by Erin Batth with a 7.4 rpg. mark. Angie Cossey is the Lady Tigers’ second leading scorer with a 9.5 ppg. average. Krystal Scott leads the Lady Tigers in assists with 95 or 3.3 assists per game.
