SACRAMENTO, CA – Clemson’s Varsity 4+ crew competed in the semifinals of the NCAA Rowing Championships Saturday morning. The Varsity 8+, Second Varsity 8+ and Varsity 4+ boats will all compete in the finals Sunday.
In the Varsity 4+ semifinals, Clemson took sixth in their heat with a time of 7:29.68 behind Virginia, Southern California, Wisconsin, Princeton and Michigan. The Tigers will compete in the petite finals Sunday morning at 10:05 a.m. They will face Stanford, Princeton, Michigan State, Michigan and Yale.
Clemson’s Second Varsity 8+ will be competing in the third final Sunday morning at 10:40 a.m. against Southern California, Tennessee and UCLA. Then the Varsity 8+ crew will be competing in the third final at 11:40 a.m. against Washington State, Ohio State and Tennessee.
