GREENSBORO, NC – With the holiday break in full swing, the Clemson women’s diving team is preparing for a dual meet with NC State on Thursday in Greensboro, where the Tigers have been practicing for several days. The meet will feature both the one-meter and the three-meter events.
“We are looking forward to our dual meet with NC State,” Clemson Head Coach Leslie Hasselbach Adams said. “The Tiger divers have been laying it on the line everyday during our winter training camp. They are going to have to rely on their mental toughness to stay focused during our meet. We have had a very productive time here in Greensboro and very excited about our progress leading up to our championship season.”
Elizabeth Tatum is in the top 20 in the Atlantic Coast Conference in both the one-meter and the three-meter. Chelsea Uranaka and Megan Helwagen are on the list in the three-meter, and Juliana Melchionda is also ranked within the top 20 in the conference in the one-meter.
The Wolfpack’s Rachel Mumma is a top ten diver in the conference in both the one-meter and the three-meter this season.
