ATHENS, GA – Craig Thomas finished 16th in the 3-meter diving with 428.65 points to lead the Clemson divers at the Georgia Diving Invitational on Saturday. Teammates Marsh Lindley finished 21st with 385.95 points as the only other Tiger to reach the semifinals. Jonathon Folds scored 222.35 points, Nate Spice scored 191.20 and Eric Shulick scored 175.60 points.
In women’s 1-meter action, Shastin Leathers led a trio of Tigers with a 197.05 score and finish of 30th. Cristina Curtuneanu finished 32nd with 191.20 points Jessica Watcke finished 36th with 187.85 points.
The Georgia Diving Invitational will conclude on Sunday.
