Overview:  Has been named to the All-ACC Academic team each of her first two years…played in seven tournaments as a sophomore reserve and starter in six of the nine tournaments as a freshman….improved to a 75.15 stroke average as a sophomore for the Tigers NCAA national tournament team….Clemson’s top player in the tournament victory at the Clover Cup in March 2022 with a top 10 finish…joined Melena Barrientos as a freshman starter on Clemson’s NCAA Tournament team of 2021-22…won medalist honors at the 1A-2A High School State Championships in North Carolina all four years of high school to become just the second four-time state champion in the history of women’s high school golf in North Carolina….she  joins Jennifer Chang of Raleigh, NC  (2014-17) in that accomplishment…Chang went on to be an All-American at Southern California…Schuster ranked as the #1 player in North Carolina, #7 player in the class of 2021 and the #22 overall player in the nation by AJGA when she signed with Clemson in fall of 2020….in 2018, she won the Drive, Chip and Putt national championship at Augusta National in the 14-15 year-old division…Schuster was named an AJGA Honorable Mention All-American in 2020… one of her signature wins took place at the Arizona Silver Belle in November of 2019 when she led all amateurs, junior and collegiate players….she also won the Dixie Amateur, CGA Twin States, The North-South Junior Amateur, The Beth Daniel Azalea, The Hope Valley Championship (twice), and the North Carolina Junior Girls Championship over the last three years….qualified for the 2021 US Women ‘s Amateur on July 6, 2021 with a second-place finish out of 65 players with a score of even par 72 at Carolina Trace (Lake Course) in Sanford, NC…her score has counted 19 of 31 team rounds.

In 2022-23:  Had 75.15 stroke average as a sophomore, a big improvement from her 77.9 average as a freshman…in the Clemson team lineup for five tournaments and she played in seven overall…had two rounds in the 60, her first round of the year  (68) at the Sooner Classic, and her final round of the Clover Cup when she had a 68…that final round 68 helped Clemson to fourth place finish, it tied for the best by a Clemson golfer in that round…had per best tournament of the year at the Moon Golf when she was three under par 213 to finish 23rd…had consistent rounds of 70-71-72, her performance included 15 birdies…also shot 213 (+3) at the Schooner Classic in first event of the year to finish 38th…had 56 birdies in 20 rounds, he 2.8 birdies per round were fifth on the team…averaged 75.43 in first round of tournaments, but 73.57 in final rounds…averaged 3.25 on par three holes, 4.29 on par fours and 5.07 on par fives…her score counted in 10 of 14 rounds…

In 2021-22:   Starter as a freshman at Clemson who had a 77.88 average for her 17 rounds…had her best performance of the year at the Clover Cup in Mesa, Arizona where she led the Tigers to tournament championship in a 17-team field…had rounds of 71-71-69 for a 211 total, five-under-par, to finish sixth overall in a strong field…had 16 birdies for the tournament, tied for the most by a Clemson golfer all year and tied for the most by any Clemson golfer since March 18-19, 2019 when Ana Paula Valdes had 17 at Briars Creek…her 16 birdies were tied for second most in the field, only Ingrid Lindblad of LSU, who finished third at NCAA Tournament and 11th at the Women’s 2022 US Open, had more…Schuster’s 211 score and five-under at the Clover Cup ranked as the fourth best 54-hole performances by a Clemson golfer all year…in the lineup for the ACC Tournament, she finished 53rd, then played last two rounds of the NCAA Regional at Stillwater, Oklahoma…her score counted in nine of her 17 rounds.

High School:   Had stellar high school career at First Flight High in Kill Devil Hills, NC….state champion as a senior, she won the tournament by six shots in May of 2021…had final round 70 that was only under-par round by any golfer in the tournament…also won the East Regional by seven shots…on the AJGA circuit for 2020-21, she had four  top 10s and six top 20s…finished fifth at the Payne Stewart Junior, her performance included an opening round 67, her best round in a junior tournament in 2020-21…In December of 2020, finished third at the Arizona Silver Belle Championship ….finished 10th at the Dustin Johnson World Junior, then was fifth at the AJGA Junior @ 12 Oaks…also 11th at the Dye Junior Invitational and third  at the Donna Andrews on June 27, 2021…won June 2020 Twin State Junior Championship at Dataw  island Club…won the 2019 (played in fall) North Carolina 1A/2A state title as a junior by eight shots….highlight of her AJGA season that year was winning the Dixie Woman’s Amateur in Tamarac, Fl with a 280 score…she came back from seven down to win…10 days later won the Silver Belle at Longbow in Mesa, Arizona …named 2018 Carolinas Junior Player of the Year…won 2018 (14-15 age group) at Drive, Chip and Putt at Augusta National…made a 30-foot putt on 18th green that was key to her win….she also finished third at that event in 2015 as a 10-year-old…lists Point Golf Club in Powell’s Point as her home course…committed to Clemson in 2018…parents are Rikkie and Dave Schuster.
