Overall:   Senior in 2023-24 who has played in eight tournaments in her career… played in five tournaments in 2021-22, three as a starter in the Clemson lineup, including ACC Tournament and NCAA Regional…veteran of eight tournaments and 22 rounds…had career best 71 at Clemson Invitational in March of 2021…played in just one tournament as a freshman, the Clemson Invitational and just two as a junior…best among Clemson’s three individuals in the field at that 2022 Clemson Invitational when she shot seven-over-par 223 for the 54 holes….two-time member of the ACC Academic Honor Roll, including 2021-22…ranked #38 in the nation in the class of 2020 juniors by Golfweek coming out of high school…same ranking service listed her #9 in state of Texas…led Grapevine High School to the 5A State Championship of Texas three consecutive years…all-state selection for three straight years…denied fourth straight by COVID19 pandemic…at the AJGA level, Tomanka  had nine top 25 finishes over the last two years… In 2019 she finished sixth at the AJGA Kansas at Buffalo Dunes, 13th at the EZGO Vaughn Taylor, 14th at the Under Armour Jordan Spieth and 16th at the Kathy Whitworth… In 2018, finished fifth at the AJGA Kansas @ Buffalo Dunes, eighth at the Hunter Mahan Junior Championship, 10th at the AJGA Gary Woodland and 17th at the AJGA Hale Irwin Colorado Junior…finished third at the TaylorMade Junior Open and eighth at the Justin Rose Junior All-Star Invitational…in 2018, Tomanka reached match play of the United States Amateur at the Golf Club of Tennessee…shot 76-70 in qualifying…won her women’s amateur qualifier at Edina, MN.

In 2022-23: Played in two events as an individual, the Reynolds Lake and the Clemson Invitational…had season best 74 in the second round of the Reynolds lake…finished 40th at that event overall…had a 3.25 stroke average on par three holes…had six birdies for the year, including four at the Reynolds.

In 2021-22:  Starter in three tournaments as a member of the Clemson lineup and played in five tournaments overall…played in one tournament in the fall, the season opener at the Cougar Classic where she had 74 in the second round, tied for her top round of the year…had her best finish at the Clemson Invitational where she was 30th with a 228 score…she played that tournament as an individual, but it was the third best finish among the eight Clemson golfers who played in the tournament…that performance earned her a spot in the Clemson lineup at the ACC Tournament where she helped Tigers to fifth-place finish, just one spot out of getting into match play…had season best tying 74 in the second round, two-over-par…played in first round of the NCAA regional at Stillwater, Okla…her score counted in four of 7 rounds in the Clemson team lineup…had 3.23 average on par threes, 4.37 on par fours and 5.27 on par fives…had 14 birdies for the season.

In 2020-21:  Played in one tournament, but she played well with a 223 score at the Clemson individual…finished 39th at seven-over-par….had second round 71 for her best of the tournament and best as a Tiger so far….had six birdies in the tournament…played the par four holes at outstanding 4.03.

In High School:  Had three top three finishes at the Texas 5A Tournament, her senior year the tournament was cancelled due to COVID19…three-time All-State…had outstanding freshman year (2016-17), she won both the districts and regional tournaments…won AJGA Junior All-Star at Calumet Country Club with scores of 68-69-77…overall, won five tournaments her freshman year in various high school and amateur competitions…finished third individually as a sophomore with a 145 total (69-76), second as a junior with a 144 score after rounds of 73-71….also finished third at the same tournament as a freshman…. finished second at the district tournament as well with scores of 69-71…got her senior year off to a great start with a second-place finish at the Heart of Texas Championship in September, 2019… had rounds of 70-65-72 for her runner-up spot out of 154 competitors….her second round 65 and 36-hole score of nine under 135 set school records….won Northern Texas Foundation Cameron McCormick Academic Scholarship…won AP Honor Scholar Award….won Grapevine High Advanced Academics Teacher Choice Award in 2017 and 2019.
