2021 Outdoor Season

• Made his outdoor debut with Clemson at the FSU Relays (March 25-26) by contesting the 400mH.
• Set a season’s best in the 400mH at the Florida Relays (April 2-3), running 56.53.
• Ran the 400m for the first time outdoors during the UCF Knights Invite (April 23-24), finishing in 47.71.
• Contested the 400m at the ACC Outdoor Championships (May 13-15).

2021 Indoor Season

• Made his Clemson debut during the Clemson Invitational (Jan. 15-16), running the 600 meters in 1:23.58.
• During the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-27), became the No. 10 all-time performer in the men’s 400m by running 47.26 during the prelims.
  • In the final, Williams finished eighth in 47.48.
• Was also the second leg of the Tigers’ DMR at the ACC Indoor Championships.
• Set a personal best in the 400 meters at the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb. 12-13), running 47.90. This was William’s first sub-48 performance in the quarter-mile.
• Contested the 400m for the first time in his career at the Hokie Invitational (Jan. 22-23), running 49.23.
• Finished as the Tigers’ top runner in the 400 meters at the Bob Pollock Invitational (Jan. 29-30), running 48.16.
• Contested the 60-meter hurdles for the first time in his career during the South Carolina Invitational (Feb. 6), running 8.40 in his preliminary heat.
• At the South Carolina Invitational, Williams ran the 400m leg of the Tigers’ DMR. Clemson finished first overall with a time of 9:59.68

Prior to Clemson…

Was named the 2019-20 Gatorade Florida Boys Track & Field Player of the Year… captured the Florida state titles in the 110-meter hurdles and 300-meter hurdles at the 2019 FHSAA State Track & Field Championships… captured the state title in the 300-meter hurdles at the 2018 FHSAA State Track & Field Championships… went undefeated in the 300-meter hurdles during the 2019 outdoor campaign… has accumulated five FHSAA 3A District 15 titles and three FHSAA 3A Regional 4 titles… will enter Clemson with personal bests of 13.94 in the 110m hurdles and 36.54 in the 300m hurdles… Williams was ranked as the No. 20 recruit in the class of 2020 by MileSplit… was slated to be the top returner in the 300-meter hurdles entering the 2020 outdoor season… was a dual-sport athlete during prep career, having a standout football career at Blanche Ely HS.
