2021 Outdoor Season

  • Made her outdoor debut for Clemson during the FSU Relays (March 25-26), running 23.69 in the 200 meters.
  • Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships (June 9-12) as a member of the Tigers’ 4x100m relay and in the 100mH
  • At the NCAA Preliminary East Region (May 26-29) meet, contested the 100mH and 4x100m relay.
    • In the 100mH, became No. 4 all-time at Clemson by running 12.94 during the NCAA quarterfinals.
    • Qualified for the quarterfinals of the event after having run a then-personal best of 13.10 in the NCAA first round.
    • In the 4x100m, anchored the Tigers to the third-fastest time in program history, 43.46.
  • At the ACC Outdoor Championships (May 13-15), Hemmings contested both the 200m and 100mH.
    • In the 200m, Hemmings finished eighth overall.
    • In the 100mH, Hemmings collected second-team All-ACC honors by running 13.13 to finish fourth overall.
  • Became then-No. 9 all-time in the women’s 100mH by running 13.29 in the final of the event at the USC Open (April 17).
    • During the prelims, Hemmings ran 13.37 to be the event’s top qualifier.
    • Both marks served as a lifetime best at the time they were run.
  • During the Florida Relays (April 2-3), Hemmings ran 13.55 for the 100mH.

2021 Indoor Season

  • Made her season debut by contesting the 60-meter hurdles and 300 meters at the Orange & Purple Elite (Jan. 9).
  • At the NCAA Indoor Championships (March 11-13), Hemmings earned first-team All-American honors in the 60mH.
    • Qualified for the final by equaling her PB of 8.09.
    • Ran 8.16 in the final to finish 8th.
    • Became the third woman in Clemson history to earn first-team honors for the event. This was just the fifth time it ever happened in program history.
  • At the NCAA Indoor Championships, Hemmings captured second-team All-American honors in the 200m.
    • Hemmings ran 23.59 in the prelims.
  • Set a personal best in the 60mH during the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-29), going 8.09 in the final to finish 3rd.
    • Hemmings’ time now ranks No. 3 all-time at Clemson.
    • Hemmings qualified for the event’s final by running 8.14 in the prelims.
  • At the ACC Indoor Championships, Hemmings won the 200m in 23.12.
    • Hemmings’ time now ranks No. 3 all-time at Clemson.
    • Hemmings qualified for the event’s final by running 23.50 in the prelims.
  • At the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb. 12-13), Hemmings ran 23.28 for the 200m.
    • Hemmings’ time was registered during her first time contesting the event at the collegiate level.
  • At Tiger Paw, Hemmings ran 8.14 and 8.15 in the prelims and final, respectively, for the women’s 60mH.
  • During the Bob Pollock Invitational (Jan. 29-30), Hemmings ran 8.12 in the final of the 60mH.
  • In the prelims of the 60mH during the Clemson Invitational (Jan. 15-16), Hemmings ran 8.18 to be the top qualifier.
  • Finished second overall in the 60mH at the Orange & Purple Elite after running 8.28 in the prelims.
  • Contested the 300 meters for the first time in her career at the Orange & Purple Elite, running 38.95.
  • During the South Carolina Invitational (Feb. 6), ran 8.22 (P) and 8.24 (F) for the 60m hurdles.

2019-20 Season

Joined Clemson as a mid-year transfer from Hinds CC.

  • Logged a personal best in the 60-meter hurdles as the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-29), running 8.39 in the prelims.
  • Finished ninth overall in the prelims of the 60mH at the ACC Indoor Championships.
  • Made Clemson debut at the Tiger Paw Invitational (Feb. 14-15), contesting the 60mH.

Prior to Clemson

  • Earned 14 top-five finishes while competing for Hinds CC.
  • Finished second in the 60mH at the 2019 NJCAA Div. 1 Indoor Championships.
  • Placed fourth in the 100mH at the 2018 and 2019 NJCAA Div. 1 Outdoor Championships.
  • Competed indoors and outdoors in both seasons at Hinds CC.
