2021 Outdoor Season

• Opened his outdoor season by racing the 3,000 meters at the Florida Relays (April 2-3).
• Set a season’s best in the 3,000m during the USC Open (April 17), crossing the line in 8:44.43 to finish second.
• Made his debut at 1,500m during the UCF Knights Invite (April 23-24), finishing in 4:04.58.
• Raced the 5,000m for this time outdoors during the Torrin Lawrence Memorial (April 30 – May 1), crossing the line in 14:58.66.
• Set a personal best for 5,000m during the ACC Outdoor Championships May 13-15), running 14:45.42.
  • Leech’s time is a team-best for the 2021 outdoor season.

2021 Indoor Season

• Made his season debut by contesting the mile at the Orange & Purple Elite (Jan. 9).
• Made his 3k debut at the Clemson Invitational (Jan. 15-16), running 8:43.94.

2019-20 Indoor Season Highlights

• Competed in six meets during freshman campaign on the indoor track.
• Set personal bests in the mile, 3km, and 5km throughout the season.
• Was the top Tiger in the men’s 3km and 5km.
• Took 15 seconds off of his previous personal best time in the 3km with his time of 8:40.11 at the Tiger Paw Invitational (Feb. 14-15).
