Before Clemson:
Was a four-time State participant, meddling in three years. Started running triathlons at 13-years-old. Won Gasparilla Distance Classic 5k for five-consecutive years and won the most recent 5k and 8k. Made it to State for swimming as both a freshman and sophomore in high school.
