Personal: His father, Mark, played at Clemson in 1982 and was a student assistant coach on the 2018 Clemson baseball team; Mark hit .336 with eight homers, 16 doubles, two triples, 50 RBIs, 58 runs and 18 steals in 59 games in 1982; Mark played six years in the majors with the Twins and Astros from 1986-91; Mark earned a World Series championship ring with the Twins in 1987 … his sister, Taylor, was a standout on the Stanford tennis team from 2013-17; ITA All-American in doubles as a sophomore and junior … graduated May 9, 2019 with a degree in management in only six semesters; had a 3.99 cumulative GPA, making only one B in his college career … born Logan Douglas Davidson on Dec. 26, 1997 in Charlotte, N.C.
