CLEMSON, S.C. – The No. 33 Clemson Tigers (10-1) are set to open up conference-play by hosting Louisville (5-6) on Friday, February 28 at the Duckworth Family Tennis Facility. The match is slated for 3 p.m. ET and will be live streamed.
The Tigers are coming off two recent wins as they took down UNC Wilmington and Furman last weekend at home. Clemson has impressed this season as they are currently undefeated at home and have players ranked in doubles and singles. Noa Vukadin and Max Smith are ranked No. 44 in doubles while Vukadin is No. 47 in singles and Wissam Abderrahman is ranked No. 90.
Louisville enters the match with a recent 6-1 loss to Harvard and a 4-2 loss to Indiana.
Following Friday’s match, the Tigers will host a doubleheader on Sunday, March 2 for Tiger Tennis Fest. The event includes three matches across both the men’s and women’s programs as Tennis Fest will be a two-day event. Tennis Fest is set to begin on Saturday, March 1 as the No. 16 women’s tennis program is set to host No. 27 Georgia Tech at 12 p.m. For both days, there will be activities, food trucks, giveaways and prizes.
