Clemson Notes:

  • Sophomore Nelly Perry has scored 12 or more points in her last five games, she is averaging 16.6 points per game over that span and 14.8 points per game on the season.
  • Freshman Danielle Edwards was named ACC Rookie of the Week (Dec. 28) following her 20-point performance in a win over UNC-Asheville on Dec. 21; she is the first Clemson rookie to garner the award since 2012-13.
  • Edwards ranks fourth in the ACC in minutes per game (33.1) as well as sixth in the league in steals per game (2.1) and free throw % (.829).
  • Freshman Aliyah Collier scored a career-high 13 points at North Carolina on Jan. 3, she also tallied career-bests in field goals made (6), field goals attempted (12) and steals (4) in the contest.
  • Clemson ranks fifth in the ACC in three point FG% defense (.289) and seventh in blocks per game (4.3).

  • Miami is receiving votes in both the AP and Coaches polls.
