Dudley and Sanon Named to All-ACC Academic Team

CLEMSON, S.C. – Senior captains Robert Dudley and Daffra Sanon have been named to the 2017 All-ACC Academic Men’s Tennis Team, as announced by the conference Monday morning. It is the first career all-conference academic accolade for both Dudley and Sanon.

Dudley, a native of Dublin, Ireland, graduated from Clemson with a degree in economics earlier in May. Dudley was also second on the team in total singles wins in 2017. Sanon, a native of Paris, France, plans to graduate this coming December with a degree in Business. While excelling in the classroom for the Tigers, Sanon also led the team in total wins during the 2017 season.  

To be eligible for consideration for the All-ACC Academic Team, a student-athlete must have earned a 3.00 grade point average for the previous semester and maintained a 3.00 cumulative average during his academic career.
