College Sports Southeast To Provide Live TV Coverage Of The May 8 Florida State Baseball Game

Birmingham, Ala.–College Sports Southeast will provide a LIVE telecast of the Florida State vs. Clemson baseball game scheduled for May 8, 2000 at Doug Kingsmore Stadium.

The game will be the third live Clemson baseball game the network has telecast this year. “We are excited to add yet another live Clemson baseball contest to our schedule, not to mention it is an ACC rivalry. This type of programming College Sports Southeast is striving to obtain,” said Gary Andrich, general manager of the network.

This exciting Atlantic Coast Conference showdown features two of the nation’s top-rated teams. The #2 ranked Florida State Seminoles travel to Clemson to take on the #9 ranked Tigers. Florida State features second baseman Marshall McDougal who hit six home runs in a single game last year, while Clemson brings one of the best pitching staffs in the nation to the contest featuring Nick Glaser, the ACC pitcher of the week.

College Sports Southeast is a cable television and interactive web network totally dedicated to college sports in the Southeast.
