- Saturday’s matchup is the 74th overall meeting between the two schools. Clemson owns the all-time advantage, 54-28-1. The Tigers own 19 wins in Raleigh.
- The Tigers moved to No. 3 in the latest Associated Press poll, the program’s highest ranking in any poll since Oct. 13, 2013. Clemson received six first-place votes this week, most by any Tiger team since Sept. 17, 1984.
- Clemson is coming off a 58-0 victory at Miami, tying the school record for largest victory margin against an ACC opponent (82-24 vs. Wake Forest in 1981).
- The Tigers rushed for 416 yards as a team in the win over the Hurricanes, most by any Clemson team since 2000 against Wake Forest.
