CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson women’s track and field team will compete in the Clemson Invitational to be held this Saturday at the Rock Norman Track Complex. The Lady Tigers will compete against student-athletes from Miami (Ohio), Syracuse, Virginia Tech and Purdue.
The meet for the women is scheduled to begin at 11:15 a.m. with the pole vault. The first running event will be the 3000m steeplechase at 1:15 p.m. The Clemson Invitational will continue the sixth-annual Clemson Tigers Relays for the Oconee-Pickens Elementary School children. Student from the third, fourth and fifth grades will compete in 8×75 yard relays during the track meet. The schools that will be competing this Saturday are Orchard Park Elementary and Hagood Elementary. For a complete schedule of events, click here.
