Clemson Women’s Soccer Team to play host to Florida State Saturday Night

CLEMSON, SC–The Clemson women’s soccer team will play host to Florida State Saturday night at 7:00 p.m. at Historic Riggs Field.

Clemson has a 9-6-2 record overall and a 4-4-1 mark in the ACC. Clemson is led in scoring by Allison Graham with seven goals and nine assists for 23 points. Courtney Foster has four goals and four assists for 12 points. Ashley Phillips in goal has a 1.00 GAA this season and 86 saves.

Florida State has a 15-2 record overall and a 7-2 mark in the ACC. The Seminoles are ranked fifth by Soccerbuzz.com and sixth by both the Soccer America and NSCAA polls. The Seminoles are led in scoring by Sel Kuralay with 12 goals and six assists for 30 points. India Trotter has eight goals and eight assists for 24 points.

This will be the 14th meeting between Clemson and Florida State on the soccer field. Clemson leads the overall series 7-5-1. In matches played at Clemson’s Historic Riggs Field, the Tigers hold a 5-1 advantage.
