CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson women’s cross country team returns to action on Saturday as the Lady Tigers travel to Greenville, NC, to compete in the Overton/Pirate Invitational hosted by East Carolina University. The Lady Tigers will take to the 5K course at 9:30 AM.
Eight Clemson student-athletes will make this weekend’s trip to Greenville. Casey Phillips, Laura Ann Rukat, Hannah Wright, Jennifer Barton, Jennifer Hooten, Katie Boehm and Keri Deily will compete for the Lady Tigers. In their last meet at the Wake Forest Invitational, all seven Clemson harriers finished in the top 25. Phillips led the Lady Tigers with a third-place finish, covering the 5K course in 18:23.
