CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson Lady Tiger basketball team will play host to N.C. State Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m. in Littlejohn Coliseum. Clemson has an 11-7 record overall and a 3-4 mark in the Atlantic Coast Conference. The Lady Tigers are led in scoring by Chrissy Floyd with a 16.1 ppg average. Maggie Slosser leads the team in rebounding with a 5.7 rpg mark.
The Wolfpack come into this game with an overall record of 9-8 and an ACC mark of 3-3. They are led in scoring by Carisse Moody with a12.8 points per game average. Leading the Wolfpack in rebounding is Kaayla Chones with a 6.5 rpg average.
This will be the 60th meeting between Clemson and NC State on the basketball court. N.C. State leads the overall series, 37-22. Last year, the two teams met three times, with the Lady Tigers winning on the road in Raleigh, NC. The Wolfpack won at Clemson and again in the semifinal round of the ACC Tournament. In games played at Littlejohn Coliseum, the Lady Tigers lead the series 13-12.
