Clemson Men’s Tennis Downs Georgia Tech, 5-0

ATLANTA, Ga. — Third-seeded Clemson defeated sixth-seeded Georgia Tech 5-0 cin the quarterfinals of the 42nd Annual Atlantic Coast Confence Men’s Tennis Tournament at Atlanta, GA Friday morning. With the win, Clemson improves to 17-15 overall, while Georgia Tech falls to 10-13 this season. The Tigers will meet the winner of the North Carolina-Wake Forest match on Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. The Tar Heels are seeded second, while Wake Forest is seeded seventh.

The doubles team of Josh Goffi and Darren Knight posted its 26th win of the season with a 8-2 win over Tim Bibby and Romain Coirault of Georgia Tech. Goffi and Knight has a 25-13 record overall as a doubles team.
