Clemson Men’s Swimming And Diving Defeat Georgia Tech, 167-74

CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson men’s swimming and diving team defeated ACC rival Georgia Tech this evening at McHugh Natatorium. The Tigers improve to 3-1 overall with the win.

The Clemson men’s team won ten events to advance beyond Georgia Tech, 167-74. Freshman Brent Hitchcock (The Woodlands, TX) won the 200 freestyle with a time of 1.42.55. Junior Kenny Roberts was victorious in the 100 free (45.65), while senior Kenny Roberts completed the Tigers’ conquest over Georgia Tech with a time of 3.11.04.

The Clemson women’s and men’s swimming and diving teams will travel to the Georgia Invitational Dec. 1-3.
