Women’s Volleyball Squad Leads ACC in Blocking

CLEMSON, S.C. –According to the final season statistics released by the ACC, the Clemson volleyball team led the league with 3.14 blocks per game and ranked third with 1.63 service aces per game. The Tigers ranked fourth in the league with a .229 hitting percentage and were fifth 13.41 assists per game.

Senior middle hitter Stephanie Schulz led the ACC with 1.39 blocks per game and ranked fifth with a .318 attack percentage. Junior Cindy Stern ranked second with 1.37 blocks per game, while junior Skye Frost led the ACC with 0.45 service aces per game and was third with 3.60 digs per game.

Junior Alison Coday ranked third with 4.13 kills per game and was tenth with a .268 hitting percentage. Sophomore setter Melissa Kudelka was fifth in the league with 12.14 assists per game.

Clemson (22-11, 10-6 ACC) earned its fourth trip in six years to the NCAA Tournament, defeating Fairfield in the first round before losing to #2 Penn State in the second round of the tournament.
